This unique plan provides financial support in the event of the death of anyone covered under the plan. Not something that we like to think about but by planning ahead you can avoid the worry later. A Single plan covers just you, while the Family plan covers you, your partner and your children aged 1 to 17 who live with you.

Today even a simple funeral can cost over £2,000 (Mintel report, Average Funeral Pricing 2007) - should you or one of your family members pass away this cover provides a tax-free cash lump sum which can cover the cost of a funeral or provide financial support to those who are left behind.

How does it work exactly?
The policy covers you for a chosen tax free lump sum which pays out in the event of the death of anyone covered by the plan.
What are the requirements?
You must be a UK resident aged 18-64. You are covered to a maximum age of 70.
What happens when I turn 70?
The policy expires when you reach the age of 70. If no claim has been made you will be entitled to a rebate of up to 100% of premiums paid depending on the length of time the policy has been held. Premiums are refunded net of the policy fee.
What does Guaranteed Acceptance mean?
It means that as long as you are a UK resident aged from 18 to 60 you will be accepted for the cover by the insurer with no need to answer any medical questions.
What is not covered?
The policy will not cover death as the result of intentionally self-inflicted injury, drug or alcohol abuse or terrorism.
What’s the difference between the Single and the Family Plan?
The Single plan covers you alone. The Family plan covers you, your spouse/civil partner or partner and any of your children aged 1 to 17 who are resident with you. (Children must be you or your partner's biological or legally adopted children).
